Dr Brad Walsh
Executive Chairman
Dr Brad Walsh brings over 30 years of experience in biotechnology business and has enjoyed a successful career commercialising immunoassay kits, proteomics technologies and consumables, and bioinformatics software. His products are being sold and supplied by major US corporations, such as Bio-Rad Laboratories.
He is the founder of Minomic and in the early 2000’s started the predecessor of Minomic International Ltd as a private company, raising over $5M in equity investment and non-dilutive funding. In the mid-90’s he was the inaugural General Manager of an Australian National Research Facility, which was the world leader in the groundbreaking new field of proteomics.
Prior to this, he led research groups in public institutions such as CSIRO, universities, and hospitals. His expertise and opinion as a thought leader and technologist has been eagerly sought by industry and government. He currently holds the position of Adjunct Professor at Macquarie University.

Mr David Burdis
Executive Director and CFO / Company Secretary
Mr David Burdis is a seasoned financial professional having worked in the telecommunications, chemical, and financial services industries. He has held various senior/board positions, for both listed and unlisted companies, in Australia, the UK and Hong Kong, including Swire Blanch Limited and OAMPS Limited. His extensive consulting background includes provision of services to industry and government as well as expert witness evidence.

Mr Mark Kogos
Non-Executive Director
Mark is a capital markets lawyer and advisor with 25 years of experience spanning listings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance across Australian and international markets.
As a founding partner of Carche Pty Ltd, Mark has focused on the Australian biotech sector, working closely with early-stage companies on capital raising and commercialisation strategies. His broader early-stage investment track record includes ASX and NZX-listed technology businesses such as Commsoft (SaaS), Numinco (resources), and Plexure Ltd (CRM/McDonald’s global rollout).
Prior to Carche, Mark held senior roles at National Australia Bank (Director, Corporate Structured Finance) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Head of Trans-Tasman Desk), and began his career as a banking and commercial lawyer at Minter Ellison in Auckland.
He has advised major corporations including Qantas, Macquarie Bank, CBA, NAB, BHP Steel, Origin Energy, and AMP, and has served as a non-executive director of Sprint Energy (ASX listed). Mark is qualified to practise as a solicitor and barrister in New Zealand.
